★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I medici sono gentili e preparati, ma è inaccettabile che esami prenotati slittino di oltre un'ora perché amici e parenti del personale arrivino senza appuntamento e saltino le file.
Doctors are kind and knowledgeable, but it is unacceptable for pre-booked exams to slip by more than an hour for friends and relatives of staff to arrive without an appointment and skip the lines.
