★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto peggiore che sia mai capitato in vita mia. Non è andata bene una. STATE LONTANI DA QUESTO POSTO! Per fare un tampone rapido covid fanno aspettare mezz'ora. Urlano tra i locali dello studio senza rispetto per la gente in attesa. Privacy non rispettata, si sente tutto: numeri di telefono, codici fiscali, motivi del tampone ecc ecc. Personale non tanto cortese e il signore alla cassa strilla ai clienti invece di risolvere i problemi. Infermiera peggio di un macellaio. Durante il tampone (RAPIDO-QUINDI BASTONCINO PICCOLO) mi ha fatto lacrimare! Non si fa così forte nemmeno quando pulisci le bottiglie con la spazzola o sturi un lavandino. Di tutte queste belle cose manca il costo del tampone: 20€!!! Senza la stampa del foglio con GREEN PASS!
Probabilmente trattano la gente così perché la clientela sembra tutta straniera.
Sono stato più di un'ora in tutto. DA DENUNCIA!
Worst place I've ever been in my life. One did not go well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! To make a quick swab covid they wait half an hour. They scream through the studio premises with no respect for people waiting. Privacy not respected, you can hear everything: telephone numbers, social security numbers, reasons for the tampon etc. etc. Staff not so courteous and the gentleman at the cashier yells at customers instead of solving problems. Nurse worse than a butcher. During the tampon (QUICK-THEN SMALL STICK) it made me cry! It doesn't get that hard even when you brush bottles or unclog a sink. Of all these beautiful things, the cost of the tampon is missing: 20 € !!! Without printing the sheet with GREEN PASS!
They probably treat people like that because the clientele seems all foreign.
I was over an hour in all. FROM COMPLAINT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai sono di casa! Non ho mai trovato delle persone così gentili! Dal Sig Roberto oltre che preparato anche super simpatico, l'infermiera signora Federica, l'infermiere che quando fanno il prelievo, loro hanno finito e neanche te ne accorgi.
Tutto super super veloce compresi i referti. Grazie
I'm at home now! I have never found such nice people! From Mr. Roberto as well as being super nice prepared, the nurse Mrs. Federica, the nurse who when they do the blood sample, they have finished and you don't even realize it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una gentilezza e disponibilità che non si trovano ovunque.. se non rispondono subito al telefono ti richiamano in tempi brevi (cosa che non mi è mai capitato altrove!).Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff, in particolare a Roberto, che mi ha permesso di avere degli esiti per esami del sangue “non ordinari” in tempi molto rapidi.. ed è sempre molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Staff molto competente e preparato. Lo consiglio a tutti!!!
A kindness and helpfulness that are not found everywhere .. if they do not answer the phone immediately they will call you back in a short time (something that has never happened to me elsewhere!). Thanks to all the staff, in particular to Roberto, who allowed me to have results for "non ordinary" blood tests very quickly .. and is always very kind and available for every need. Very competent and prepared staff. I recommend it to everybody!!!
