Non sono stati capaci neanche di fare il loro dovere in quanto agenzia. Pessimi. The worst experience of my life .. Staff who do not follow you at all and for anything they become non-existent .. They have not even been able to do their duty as an agency. Bad.
F	Fabrizio Nichelatti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ senza parole mai successomi… mi hanno snervato dicendomi che avevano qualcosa che poteva interessarmi senza darmi anticipazioni, premetto che sono di milano e non della zona e che avevo elencato esattamente le esigenze irrinunciabili. incastro con 1 altro appuntamento, arrivo puntuale all'incontro e dopo un pippone senza neanche 1 pianta davanti, per cercare di recuperare il tempo palesemente perso, gli dico di mandarmi tutto quello che avevano riguardo il progetto espostomi, estorcendo 1 promessa che il giorno dopo avrei ricevuto tutto via mail. l'avranno scritta male dato che è più di una settimana che aspetto… perchè far perdere del tempo alla gente vendendo aria fritta per poi sparire? la prefessionalità la concepisco in un altro modo opposto a questo. spero che questo sia di aiuto sia all'agenzia per migliorarsi facilmente, che hai consumatori che hanno poco tempo da perdere. without words that never happened to me ... they unnerved me by telling me that they had something that could interest me without giving me previews, I state that I am from Milan and not from the area and that I had listed exactly the essential needs. joint with 1 other appointment, I arrive on time at the meeting and after a hump without even 1 plant in front, to try to make up for the obviously lost time, I tell him to send me everything they had about the project exposed to me, extorting 1 promise that the next day I would have received everything by mail. they will have written it badly since I have been waiting for more than a week ... why waste people time selling hot air and then disappear? I conceive of prefessionality in another way opposite to this. I hope this helps both the agency to improve easily, that you have consumers who have little time to waste.
L	Luca Munari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, dopo aver visitato un immobile lo avevo rifiutato perché troppo caro e non era possibile l'acquisto. Dopo un mese mi richiamano dicendomi che la casa si era abbassata di prezzo, però se volevo andar a rivederla, da solo o con geometra/perito dovevo per forza fare prima una proposta con un assegno se no non mi facevano andare, ovviamente la cosa non mi è piaciuta ed ho mollato tutto per poi scoprire la settimana dopo che l'immobile era passato sotto un'altra agenzia, praticamente gli era scaduto il tempo previsto per quella casa, ecco il motivo per cui si doveva fare la proposta subito...... Ridicoli!!!!!! Bad experience, after visiting a property I refused it because it was too expensive and it was not possible to buy it. After a month they call me back and tell me that the house had dropped in price, but if I wanted to go and see it again, alone or with a surveyor / expert I had to make a proposal first with a check, otherwise they wouldn't let me go, obviously it wouldn't I liked it and I gave up everything and then discovered the week after that the property had passed under another agency, the time foreseen for that house had practically expired, that's the reason why you had to make the proposal immediately ... ... Ridiculous !!!!!!

Up to the point where the dates we discussed regarding buying and entering a property got seriously delayed and they refused to accept that I am not going forward with my proposal. A week after the deadline for all negotiation I find out from the agency owner that the property I was interested in is subject to a mortgage - this detail made me completely not trust buying with them and now I am asking for my 1000€ deposit back but nobody is talking to me anymore. I have to go to the Police for a complaint, waste time to get my own money back, not to mention in the end I am not buying much because I have lost 3 weeks trusting this negotiation too much at the beginning. Don't trust anything you hear only what you see written, do your own checks on the property, and pay attention to il titolare and staff because in case things don't go well for them they are just as good at taking no responsibility. For now I don't know who -here in Italy- can help me get my money back even if I have documents that prove I was not correctly informed and treated unprofessionally
