★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto bravi a vendere, molto meno a tutelare il cliente... gentilmente mi hanno attivato le utenze, peccato che hanno sbagliato ad assegnarmi il codice cliente e ho pagato per un anno le bollette della luce di un altro loro cliente...ho predisposto l.allacciatura del gas con la promessa che mi avrebbero attivato anche l.utenza del gas; invece è stata assegnata (e dicendomi che avevo capito male) ad altro cliente.avendo pagato io la predisposizione. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In un mondo in cui troppe persone si improvvisano agenti immobiliari senza averne la minima capacità, la mia esperienza (è l'undicesima casa che acquisto nella mia vita...) è stata a dir poco ECCELLENTE.
Difficilmente mi sbilancio nelle mie recensioni, ma stavolta è dovuto.
Gianluca disponibile, paziente, gentile e competente.
Elisa molto preparata, veloce e smart per le questioni burocratiche/volture.
Sono stato seguito in ogni fase della compravendita, dal primo contatto fino alla parte post rogito.
Questo chiedendo una provvigione inferiore alla massa di presunti "agenti immobiliari" che chiedono il 4% solo per averti aperto una porta, senza nemmeno conoscere nel dettaglio le caratteristiche dell'immobile che propongono e senza riuscire (o tentare di farlo) le tue esigenze.
Bravi ragazzi della Tecnorete di Peschiera del Garda! Sapete distinguervi in una massa di ciarlatani grazie alla Vostra serietà.
CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE.
PS: se qualche malizioso se lo sta chiedendo...no, nessuna delle persone appartenenti allo staff di Tecnorete Peschiera è mio parente o amico.

I hardly go out of balance in my reviews, but this time it is due.
Gianluca available, patient, kind and competent.
Elisa very prepared, fast and smart for bureaucratic / transfer issues.
I was followed at every stage of the sale, from the first contact to the post deed.
This by asking for a commission lower than the mass of alleged "real estate agents" who ask 4% just for having opened a door, without even knowing in detail the characteristics of the property they propose and without succeeding (or trying to do so) your needs.
Good guys from Tecnorete of Peschiera del Garda! You know how to distinguish yourself in a mass of charlatans thanks to your seriousness.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
PS: if some mischievous person is asking ... no, none of the people belonging to the Tecnorete Peschiera staff are my relative or friend.
