★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattiamo l’agenzia per avere un contratto transitorio di 6 mesi a Peschiera, il mio fidanzato va a vedere l’appartamento, tutto perfetto. Confermiamo noi e anche loro, dopo una settimana fanno storie per il contratto a tempo INDETERMINATO, non fidandosi minimamente del mio contratto. Dopo alcuni giorni ci danno la conferma che l’appartamento era nostro. Una settimana prima dell’entrata in appartamento, chiamiamo per avere la conferma, ci risponde l’agente chiedendo se potesse chiamare i nostri genitori per fare alcune domande per avere la certezza che dopo 6 mesi di contratto transitorio saremmo usciti dall’appartamento. Dire a dei ragazzi che lavorano, hanno contratti importanti alle spalle, di parlare con i genitori mi sembra esagerato. Rimaniamo in attesa di essere chiamati, alle 18.10 di oggi 18/11/2021 ci mandano un messaggio su whatsapp, NEMMENO UNA CHIAMATA, per comunicarci che il lunedì 22/11/2021 non saremmo più entrati in casa. Esattamente 4 giorni prima.
Poca professionalità, zero tatto, fanno fare brutte figure alle agenzie concorrenti. Non mi affiderò MAI PIÙ a loro, e non consiglierò mai a nessuno il loro servizio.
We contact the agency to have a 6-month transitional contract in Peschiera, my boyfriend goes to see the apartment, everything is perfect. We confirm and they too, after a week they make a fuss about the permanent contract, not trusting my contract in the slightest. After a few days, they confirm that the apartment was ours. A week before entering the apartment, we call for confirmation, the agent replies asking if he could call our parents to ask some questions to be sure that after 6 months of transitional contract we would leave the apartment. Telling kids who work, have important contracts behind them, to talk to their parents seems exaggerated to me. We are waiting to be called, at 18.10 today 11/18/2021 they send us a message on whatsapp, NOT EVEN A CALL, to inform us that on Monday 11/22/2021 we would no longer enter the house. Exactly 4 days before.
Little professionalism, zero tact, make competing agencies look bad. I will NEVER rely on them AGAIN, and I will never recommend their service to anyone.

Dicono che loro sanno poi come finiscono ste cose...e che poi non sanno come fare a liberarsi dalla inquilino,che spesso diventa moroso... Bah... chissà cosa gli è successo per ragionare così...
No comment. They make you feel like a beggar on the verge of social hardship if you ask for an apartment because you have specified that you need it because you are separating from your partner .. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment, but with outdated furniture. Unfortunately the accommodation we stayed in lacked air con. However, this apartment is in a prime location to visit Gardaland via the free shuttle bus from the nearby train station.
