E	ELISA Fortunati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace che l'inefficienza totale della segreteria metta in cattiva luce il lavoro dei medici e fisioterapisti che lavorano in questo centro e facciano regolarmente sentire preso in giro chi ha a che fare con il centro.Neanche 3-4-5 persone in front-office riescono insieme a rispondere al telefono ed accogliere i pazienti.Oltretutto non passano mai meno di 30-60 minuti prima di avere un'informazione.A me è capitato che una seduta sia durata la metà del tempo(pur avendola pagata a prezzo pieno)per la disorganizzazione totale di orari ed informazioni che i fisioterapisti non ricevono mai dalla segreteria.E questa tra l'altro,scorretta come poche,non vi dirà mai che al massimo potrete fare 5 sedute di fisioterapia convenzionate(il resto rigorosamente a pagamento come TUTTE le altre terapie)perchè poi non i sarà posto per proseguirle (se non pagando privatamente).Una vergogna davvero,non ci andrò mai più e ve lo sconsiglio caldamente. I am sorry that the total inefficiency of the secretariat puts the work of the doctors and physiotherapists who work in this center in a bad light and regularly makes those who deal with the center feel mocked. Not even 3-4-5 people in front- office together manage to answer the phone and welcome patients.Furthermore, it never takes less than 30-60 minutes to get information. It happened to me that a session lasted half the time (even if I paid full price) for the total disorganization of schedules and information that physiotherapists never receive from the secretariat.And this, among other things, incorrect as few, will never tell you that at most you can do 5 agreed physiotherapy sessions (the rest strictly for a fee like ALL the other therapies) because then there will be no place to continue them (if not paying privately). A real shame, I will never go there again and I strongly advise against it.

Il medico del Centro di medicina mi ha visitato ed ha diagnosticato la necessità di: RFPC 10 + MASSOTERAPIA 5. Vado alla cassa e la signora (gentile) mi dice che "c'è la possibilità di iniziare subito ma per 9 sedute di RFPC; per la MASSOTERAPIA si vedrà in seguito perchè oggi abbiamo i computer fermi" Accetto e mi sottopomgo ad una prima seduta di circa 10/15 minuti di palestra! RFPC ??. idem per altri 3 giorni. Al quinto giorno mi presento ma mi dicono che per me non c'è più posto! FINE DELLA TERAPIA!! Che RFPC corrisponda ad esercizietti di pochi minuti di palestra non so se sia corretto, ma certamente i 4 giorni di circa 10/15 minuti non hanno affatto risolto il mio problema. Ho pagato tutto quanto richiestomi ma non ne ho avuto nessun beneficio. Ero cliente di STATIC da parecchi anni ma ora penso sia assolutamente opportuno cambiare. I recently underwent a medical examination for a post trauma to my left shoulder. The doctor of the Medical Center visited me and diagnosed the need for: RFPC 10 + MASSOTHERAPY 5. I go to the cashier and the lady (kindly) tells me that "there is the possibility to start immediately but for 9 sessions of RFPC; for the MASSOTHERAPY we will see later because today we have the computers stopped" I accept and undergo a first session about 10/15 minutes in the gym! RFPC ??. ditto for another 3 days. On the fifth day I introduce myself but they tell me that there is no more room for me! END OF THERAPY !! I don't know if RFPC corresponds to exercises of a few minutes in the gym, but certainly the 4 days of about 10/15 minutes have not solved my problem at all. I paid everything I asked for but I didn't get any benefit. I have been a client of STATIC for several years but now I think it is absolutely appropriate to change.

Le segretarie sono sempre state disponibili e gentili, i medici che mi hanno visitato erano competenti ma soprattutto mi sono trovata bene con i fisioterapisti Alessandro, Alina e Giorgia. The secretaries have always been helpful and kind, the doctors who visited me were competent but above all I got along well with the physiotherapists Alessandro, Alina and Giorgia. Ringrazio in particolar modo Francesco, Giorgia, Alessandro e Alina per avermi seguito in questo percorso, sono stati eccezionali (e sono sicuro lo siano anche tutti gli altri). Ringrazio inoltre tutte le ragazze della segreteria per la gentilezza, le indicazioni precise e la calorosa accoglienza che mi hanno dato e che danno ad ogni persona, sempre col sorriso. Dovevo fare un'eco del terzo trimestre di gravidanza e mi dicono che non possono entrare accompagnatori e quindi nemmeno il futuro papà per le norme Covid. Qualche giorno prima ho richiamato per conferma in quanto era passato un mese dalla prenotazione, riconfermano no accompagnatori. Vado, donna in gravidanza prima di me che esce dall'ambulatorio del ginecologo col partner... La correttezza dov'è? Faccio l'eco, eco superficiale dove non era stata nemmeno controllata la placenta se non lo avessi detto io. Placenta da controllare assolutamente perché previa marginale. E come ultimo punto, pubblicizzano tanto l'eco 3d e 4d ma ovviamente non è stata manco lontanamente nominata. Il mio dubbio è che ci siano visite di serie A (senza impegnativa) e visite di serie B (con impegnativa). Va benissimo...ma basterebbe dirlo chiaramente e ognuno sceglie cosa fare e quanto pagare. Non si creerebbero queste situazioni imbarazzanti. Centro sconsigliato. Bad experience! I do the echo, a superficial echo where the placenta hadn't even been checked if I hadn't said so. Placenta to be checked absolutely because previa marginal. And as a last point, they advertise the 3d and 4d echo a lot but obviously it hasn't even been remotely named. My doubt is that there are Serie A visits (without referral) and Serie B visits (with referral). That's fine ... but it would be enough to say it clearly and everyone chooses what to do and how much to pay. These embarrassing situations would not arise. Center not recommended.
