★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been attending Target Health Chiropractic Clinic to see Oscar for the past six weeks, following a car accident two years ago which left me with lower back pain and moderate whiplash. I attended a physiotherapist a couple of months following the accident which left me in indescribable pain and I also suffered slipped discs since the accident which came from the lack of strength in my back. I was referred to see Oscar at Target Health in October and he was very professional and understanding. He examined me and explained where the pain was originating and why I had problems with my leg and back. He could see I was off balance and assured me he could remedy the issues with treatment and gentle exercises to practice at home. I received the first treatment that day. After a couple of appointments I noticed vast improvements in my muscle strength and overall movement in my neck. Oscar monitored my improvements over the course of the treatment and tailored exercises for me to do at home to help me. The pain I had been suffering with was decreasing after every treatment and I was for the first time in two years not in pain or uncomfortable. I would highly recommend Oscar for any problems with your back, he was fantastic and has helped me greatly.

I’d been through the doctors,hospital and private physiotherapy and none of them made any difference but after just a few sessions with Oscar I’m like a new man pain free and a my posture has been fixed. I was starting to think my condition was permanent and nothing would help me but decided to give it one last try with a chiropractor and it was the best thing I ever did I wish I went to Oscar yers ago I can’t recommend him enough or exaggerate his high level of skill and professionalism. if your experiencing any kind of back pain or neck pain Oscar should be your first stop .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
