Sono una DONNA IN DOLCE ATTESA (7 mese quindi ben visibile) mi avete lasciata per 20 minuti ad aspettare un addetto chiamato in cassa, mai arrivato! Una vera vergogna!!!!!
Nello store erano presenti più di 5 operai,a quanto pare tutti impegnatissimi! Con chi? Non si sa... visto che i clienti sono abbandonati a loro stessi!!

I am a SWEET WAITING WOMAN (7 months therefore clearly visible) you left me for 20 minutes waiting for an employee called at the cashier, never arrived! A real shame !!!!!
In the store there were more than 5 workers, apparently all very busy! With whom? It is not known ... since customers are left to fend for themselves !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato in assistenza la mia macchina per il caffè in data 23/12/2021.
dopo aver chiamato numerose volte tra gennaio e febbraio, chiedendo appunto una data per il ritiro della macchina da caffe, mi hanno sempre risposto che non hanno ancora un riscontro dalla casa madre e mi dicono di ricontattarli tra 10 giorni. Passano 10 giorni e chiedo di poter parlare con il responsabile che mi rassicura che nel giro di 3 giorni mi avrebbe richiamato, non si è fatto più sentire. Sono passati 4 mesi e questa mattina 06/04/22 recandomi al centro commerciale, per l ennesima volta, la risposta è stata che la colpa è della casa madre e che loro non possono fare nulla oltre a mandare mail. Io penso che dopo 4 mesi la cosa è diventata insostenibile.
Siete Pessimi nella gestione delle pratiche con i vostri clienti. Non comprerò mai più nulla qui. Vergogna
I brought my coffee machine into service on 12/23/2021.
after having called numerous times between January and February, asking for a date for the withdrawal of the coffee machine, they have always replied that they have not yet received a reply from the parent company and they tell me to contact them in 10 days. 10 days pass and I ask to be able to speak to the manager who reassures me that within 3 days he would call me back, he has not been heard anymore. It's been 4 months and this morning 06/04/22 going to the shopping center, for the umpteenth time, the answer was that the fault lies with the parent company and that they can't do anything other than send mail. I think that after 4 months it has become unsustainable.
You are very bad at dealing with your customers. I will never buy anything here again. Shame

Dove vendono telefonini di diverse Marche, libri , frigo, lava e asciuga, cialde per caffè di diversi tipi, televisori, attrezzi per la cucina, monopattini elettrici, e tantissime altra roba come radio di ultima generazione, robot per la pulizia dei pavimenti. Quando entri in un negozio del genere c'è sempre qualcosa che ti colpisce e la porti a casa.

Where they sell mobile phones of different brands, books, fridges, washes and dryers, coffee pods of different types, televisions, kitchen tools, electric scooters, and many other things such as latest generation radios, robots for cleaning floors. When you walk into such a shop there is always something that hits you and you take it home.

Ebbene si, potrei comprendere lo stress del personale sotto le festività natalizie, ma il cliente deve essere accompagnato con serenità negli acquisti e nei regali. Spero nn accada più
Had it never happened that a saleswoman could say to a potential BUYER "lady but you remember on December 23rd to find the desired item"? Yes, I could understand the stress of the staff during the Christmas holidays, but the customer must be accompanied with serenity in purchases and gifts. I hope it won't happen again
