★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La libreria in se è fornita ma attenzione a sceglierla come punto di ritiro Amazon in quanto il personale non accettando in giornata i pacchi recapitati da Bartolini fa slittare di un giorno la disponibilità al ritiro da parte del cliente prolungando inutili attese. Non è colpa di Amazon o BRT, sono le ragazze che lavorano li ad essere davvero molto poco professionali dimenticando che il cliente stesso può tracciare il pacco e sapere che il suo prodotto è già arrivato in libreria! Scarsa professionalità, basterebbe un minimo di scaltrezza per evitare disguidi e scarse recensioni da parte di clienti assolutamente insoddisfatti.
 The bookstore itself is provided but be careful to choose it as an Amazon collection point as the staff does not accept the parcels delivered by Bartolini during the day and makes the customer's availability to withdraw by one day prolonging unnecessary delays. It's not the fault of Amazon or BRT, it's the girls who work there to be really very unprofessional forgetting that the customer himself can track the package and know that his product has already arrived in the bookstore! Poor professionalism, a minimum of shrewdness would be enough to avoid misunderstandings and poor reviews by customers who are completely dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Libreria non molto grande, però abbastanza ben fornita, sia di libri che di piccoli oggetti da regalo. Presenti anche libri per la scuola (eserciziari, manuali, dizionari, ecc...) ed alcuni giocattoli. Commesse sempre molto gentili e disponibili. Il punto vendita aderisce alla raccolta punti (ogni tot punti c'è uno sconto che va dai 5 ai 27€!) legata alla Giunti Card. È anche punto ritiro per ordini su Amazon. Per me e mio figlio è tappa obbligata quando andiamo a Campobasso.
Library not very large, but fairly well stocked, both with books and small gifts. There are also school books (exercise books, manuals, dictionaries, etc ...) and some toys. Always very kind and helpful salespersons. The point of sale adheres to the collection of points (each number of points there is a discount ranging from 5 to 27 €!) Linked to the Giunti Card. It is also a collection point for orders on Amazon. For me and my son it is a must when we go to Campobasso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Libreria ben fornita ed organizzata, con vasta varietà di libri, dalle ultime novità ai grandi classici, spessi riproposti con sconti speciali. Mi piace anche perché si possono regalare dei buoni libri. Tantissimi libri esposti e se non trovi quello che cerchi, telo possono prenotare. Una libreria ben strutturata e con vari gadget molto sfiziosi proprio per tutti ...dai piccini ai grandi. Impossibile non comprare un libro o un piccolo pensierino. Personale sempre gentilissimo e pronto a consigliare. Inoltre la libreria riserva la carta fedeltà ai suoi clienti abituali la Giunticard, che ti tiene sempre informato sul mondo dei libri .

I also like it because you can give away good books. Lots of books on display and if you don't find what you are looking for, you can book a towel. A well-structured library with various very tasty gadgets for everyone ... from children to adults. Impossible not to buy a book or a little gift. Staff always very kind and ready to advise. In addition, the bookshop reserves the loyalty card to its regular customers, the Giunticard, which always keeps you informed about the world of books.
