Ho chiesto notizie per un oggetto da acquistare ad un addetto alla telefonia il quale ha risposto che il responsabile di quel reparto era assente. Ho chiesto se potevo rivolgermi a lui e, infastidito, ha detto che che sarebbe venuto ma pur non essendo occupato non l'ha fatto. Sono andato alla cassa ed ho dovuto aspettare che la ragazza finisse di redigere un contratto con un cliente. Un tempo interminabile. La sensazione è stata di totale sciatteria. Per il resto, anche io ho notato sempre personale sfuggente e info ridotte al minimo. Inoltre, alla mia richiesta di poter visionare il cellulare prima dell'acquisto, mi è stato detto di "guardare sui prodotti esposti su un tavolo" dove, però, il "mio" cellulare non c'era ma l'addetto non se ne era neanche accorto. Poi, siccome il cellulare scelto era l'ultimo rimasto in vetrina, ed era scarico, mi è stato offerto di metterlo un pò in carica per poterlo vedere acceso. Cmq, anche io consiglio di migliorare l'approccio al cliente da parte dei commessi. Sorrisi, disponibilità, competenza sono dei requisiti essenziali! Occasione ghiotta per acquistare il televisore a led che si desiderava, cambiare il cellulare, avere, finalmente, un nuovo computer. Personale gentile e disponibile in sala, un po' meno alla cassa, dove qualche addetto continua a parlare e a rispondere e ad arrabbiarsi per altre situazioni, mentre dovrebbe dedicarsi al cliente che ha di fronte. El único punto en contra es que se encuentra muy lejos del centro y sin auto se complica llegar. La línea N1 de Campobasso es una buena opción para ir.
