Risposta secca del negoziante: non si può fare io non faccio queste cose (come se proponessi un illecito) . Morale della favola si può fare eccome, solo che garantisce dei guadagni molto bassi essendo 3 e Wind un unica azienda. Scortesia e disonestà intellettuale. Nell'epoca dell'accesso Smart alle informazioni e veramente da sciocchi fornire notizie errate all'utenza. Rimediato con un altro rivenditore Wind. I switched to ask for a ride from between to Wind. Sono spiacente ma uno sforzo in più verso i clienti andrebbe fatto. Pur avendone avuto conferma, ho scoperto all'accensione che era in realtà brandizzato. Prima di procedere al trasferimento dei dati ho chiamato il negozio, non essendo io di Campobasso, e mi hanno nuovamente riassicurato che non avrei trovato all'avvio dello smartphone nessun prodotto operatore cosa che invece è puntualmente successa. Ho richiamato di nuovo e mi è stato addirittura detto di essere fortunata ad aver avuto il prodotto a un prezzo vantaggioso e che la brandizzazione del prodotto fosse irrilevante (per loro!). Morale: ho chiesto un prodotto pagandolo regolarmente e me ne è stato consegnato un altro senza ricevere chiarimenti. Mai ho riscontrato una tale mancanza di professionalità e disponibilità verso il cliente. Decisamente da evitare, non merita neanche la stella che bisogna necessariamente dare.
