★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vendere i cellulari e non sostituirli con uno uguale e dello stesso prezzo quando vale ancora la garanzia è commercialmente scorretto.in aggiunta al discorso di mandare in assistenza un prodotto che per l'appunto se è in garanzia va comunque sostituito lo dice la legge,invece si illude la clientela con dei pacchi assurdi.fatevi un corso perché non è modo di trattare le persone,senza competenze e senza cortesia basta che vendete!!
 selling cell phones and not replacing them with the same one and of the same price when the warranty still applies is commercially incorrect. the customer deceives himself with absurd packages. take a course because it is not a way to treat people, without skills and without courtesy you just sell !!
