★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vuoi un negozio con cortesia, professionalità e servizio? Non passare qui, maleducazione ed incompetenza sempre al primo posto! Mi potete tagliare un pezzo di legno? No, sei arrivato tardi, tra due ore chiudiamo! Parlare con il Vice Direttore Giovanni e sentirmi dire che tra 2 anni va in pensione e non gli interessa minimamente dare un servizio durante le ore di lavoro perché fa straordinari e non viene pagato mi riempie di gioia. ( non me ne pò fregà di meno, anche perché la merce la pago a prezzo pieno) Ahahaha ridicoli! Tre visite e tre disservizi uno peggio dell’altro :)))
Dovrebbero chiudere.
Do you want a shop with courtesy, professionalism and service? Don't go here, rudeness and incompetence always in first place! Can you cut me a piece of wood? No, you arrived late, in two hours we close! Talking to Deputy Director Giovanni and being told that in 2 years he is retiring and not interested in giving a service during working hours because he does overtime and is not paid fills me with joy. (I do not care less, also because I pay the goods at full price) Ahahaha ridiculous! Three visits and three outages one worse than the other :)))
They should close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è buono per quanto riguarda i prodotti , sono un cliente abituale , non altrettanto per la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale ,tranne un paio di ragazzi. Ho acquistato delle tazzine e dopo averle lavate ho scoperto che una era difettata e perdeva dal fondo. Purtroppo la scontrino lo avevo buttato. Recatosi in negozio , con la confezione, ho riferito il fatto a una commessa che con poca cortesia mi ha detto che senza scontrino non si fa niente. Il valore del prodotto è poco ma mi sarei aspettato un po più di cortesia.
The shop is good as far as the products are concerned, I'm a regular customer, not so good for the availability and kindness of the staff, except for a couple of guys. I bought some cups and after washing them I discovered that one was defective and leaking from the bottom. Unfortunately, I had thrown the receipt. When I went to the shop, with the package, I reported the fact to a saleswoman who, with little courtesy, told me that nothing can be done without a receipt. The value of the product is low but I would have expected a little more courtesy.

Manches ist anders eingeräumt, als man es von D gewohnt ist. Aber mit einer höflichen Frage (möglichst in italienisch oder englisch) wird man auch freundlich bedient. Manche Angebote gelten nur, wenn man eine Kundenkarte vorzeigt (auf dem Preisschild vermerkt). Kundenkarte kann man an der Kasse bzw. Information beantragen. Kostenlose Parkplätze im TG oder auf dem Dach.

Some things are arranged differently than one is used to from D. But with a polite question (if possible in Italian or English) you will also be served in a friendly manner. Some offers are only valid if you show a customer card (noted on the price tag). You can apply for a customer card at the cash desk or at the information desk. Free parking spaces in the underground or on the roof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente possono fare meglio; ad ora di pranzo se provate a chiamare o cercate un consiglio da parte di un dipendente è come minimo complicato . Se si vuole risparmiare bisogna fare la tessera e non avere fretta ma aspettare che l'articolo che ci interessa vada in offerta tenendo sempre d'occhio il sito online.
They certainly can do better; At lunchtime, if you try to call or seek advice from an employee, it's complicated at least. If you want to save money you have to get the card and not be in a hurry but wait for the article that interests us to go on offer, always keeping an eye on the online site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo acquistare un paio di scarpe antinfortunistiche ed era finito il numero che mi serviva, il manichino indossava il numero che mi serviva allora ho chiesto alla responsabile del reparto se le poteva togliere e mettere un'altro numero così le potevo acquistare e mi è stato risposto di no e che arrivavano altri numeri nel fine settimana. Forse era troppa la fatica a togliere le scarpe ad un manichino, di sicuro andrò a prenderle in un altro negozio.
