A nemmeno 6 MESI dall'acquisto, i materassi sono letteralmente collassati: ci dormono sopra due persone sotto i 75 chili - direi che è una cosa VERGOGNOSA. Ho ordinato i materassi nuovi a Mori, in fabbrica. Spendo il 30% in più ma... Scommettiamo sulla qualità e sulla durata? State LONTANI dai materassi di questo negozio. Unfortunately I bought 2 single mattresses ... Never had more back pain than this ... Not even 6 MONTHS from the purchase, the mattresses have literally collapsed: two people under 75 kilos sleep on them - I would say it's a SHAME. I ordered new mattresses from Mori at the factory. I spend 30% more but ... Do we bet on quality and durability? Stay AWAY from the mattresses in this shop.
A	Ale Sol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Ho acquistato una cucina completa, quando mi è stata consegnata, il miscelatore del lavello era più piccolo di quello che mi avevano mostrato. Per avere quello più grande ho dovuto pagare la differenza. A parte che la qualità di tutta la cucina e soprattutto degli elettrodomestici è veramente scadente, è successo che dopo soli 8 mesi il miscelatore si è rotto (ed incredibilmente anche arrugginito). Essendo rimasto senz'acqua in cucina ho chiamato l'idraulico che me l'ha sostituito visto che non era riparabile. Il servizio clienti non ha riconosciuto nessun tipo di rimborso se non (beffa nella beffa) un buono di 25 euro da spendere presso di loro, mandato con una mail in cui sembrava che stessero facendo l'elemosina che ovviamente ho rimandato al mittente. Bad experience. I bought a full kitchen, when it was delivered to me, the sink mixer was smaller than what they had shown me. To get the bigger one I had to pay the difference. Apart from the fact that the quality of the whole kitchen and above all of the appliances is really poor, it happened that after only 8 months the mixer broke (and incredibly also rusted). Having run out of water in the kitchen I called the plumber who replaced it as it was not repairable. The customer service has not recognized any type of reimbursement other than (joke in joke) a voucher of 25 euros to spend with them, sent with an email in which it seemed that they were giving alms which of course I sent back to the sender.

Con l'occasione era nostra intenzione comunicare un imprevisto che ci è accaduto e cioè, successivamente al montaggio della cucina, sono stati installati i tubi/sifone per lo scarico del lavello, e questo ha impedito al cassetto inferiore di potersi chiudere completamente. Abbiamo risolto praticando un taglio sul bordo del retro cassetto. La nostra non vuole essere una lamentela, ma solo un suggerimento per un futuro miglioramento, se possibile. Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff. We share the punctuality of delivery and the professionalism of the kitchen assembly service by the DIMITRI and SERGIO team, their precision and meticulousness in arranging the details, and the availability in the variants, as well as kindness and patience. On this occasion, it was our intention to communicate an unexpected event that happened to us and that is, after the kitchen was assembled, the pipes / siphon for the sink drain were installed, and this prevented the lower drawer from being able to close completely. We solved it by making a cut on the edge of the back drawer. Ours is not meant to be a complaint, but only a suggestion for future improvement, if possible. Thanks again to all the staff.
