★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una lavastoviglie ad ottobre ed era difettata, ci sono voluti tre mesi per sostituite un pezzo (su un prodotto nuovo!) e per farla funzionare per la prima volta. Sono tornata ad acquistare un televisore e tornata a casa mi sono resa conto che nella confezione non c’era il cavo dell’antenna. Il personale del reparto, con il quale ho chiacchierato per un po’, non mi ha avvisato che avrei dovuto acquistare il cavo a parte. Quindi in base alla mia esperienza la qualità del servizio è molto bassa.
 I bought a dishwasher in October and it was defective, it took three months to replace a part (on a new product!) And get it to work for the first time. I went back to buy a TV and returned home I realized that there was no antenna cable in the package. The department staff, with whom I chatted for a while, did not advise me that I would have to buy the cable separately. So in my experience the quality of the service is very low.
