β β β β β Great tour guides, perfect organisation and good prices! They gave us free socks, shoes, jackets and sticks, basically everything we needed and didn't have. Take some water and food with you or buy from the shops at the base or the cafe at the upper lift station. There is a car park in front of the tour kiosk if you need. The guides are very professional and knowledgeable, they will answer all of your questions!! We had some time for a break and lunch up there but in general you need to be in good health condition to do the whole trip. We took a half day one and it was already too tiring, I can't imagine completing it if I booked a full day tour. It is quite steep.

β β β β β I wouldn't recommend doing the tour. We payed 75 eur each for the 3k Tour, described as "go up by cable car up to 2,500 meters, continuing by jeep up to". Yet we took the 4x4 Bus to end of the cable car and started hiking for maybe 1h in an area were you should go by guide. We entered the start of a lava tube, going in for 2 min. The rest of the tour we hiked down for 2h from the upper cable car station to the lower station, meeting people hiking by their own with maps.me. Also, I had to eat while, because the lunch break was just for people not going up the whole track. Still, we started at 10 am (instead of 9) and finished half an hour earlier. The payment at the start was quite unorganized. The group size was 15 people. A plus is that they provide you with boots, socks, backpack and jacket. Personally I think they're too expensive for what they offered, especially at the large group size and short transportation.

β β β β β If youβre planning a visit to Mount Etna and you want to reach the summit, these are the guys to hire. They are knowledgeable mountain guides and they provide boots, jackets and backpacks. They have guides that speak English, italiano and french. Call before going to check if the weather is good for the trekking.

β β β β β The guide was friendly and motivated. We had to wait a little because the group was quite slow and big (but I guess it's the same with all the tours). 4/5 because the shoes they gave us for the tour were very outworn. Nevertheless we enjoyed the tour a lot. Totally recommendable!

β β β β β We took the β¬85.00 all include hike to the top. The staff provided trekking polls, boots, socks and jackets at no extra cost. Your guide takes you on the funicular, the bus and then a long, careful hike to the craters and several locations of interest. Our guide Peppe was fantastic. The tour lasted from around 0930 to about 1530. We stopped for lunch on the way but make sure you bring some food and water with you as none is available on the actual hike. Same for the toilet, go before. Definitely the best thing we've done all holiday.

β β β β β Had a great Etna 3000 tour on October 2020. The guide was great, told a lot of info on Etna, vulcanos, historical eruptions, answered all questions in details and led us through a very intresting paths. Definetelly recommend.

β β β β β First off I'd like to say this costs 85 euros, we couldn't find this information on the website anywhere!! For this you get a cable car ticket, a bus ride to within a height of 400m to the summit you climb the rest. They also provide equipment in walking boots, jackets, helmets and a 6 hour guided tour. All you need is water and food.
Secondly this is an active volcano, mini eruptions were happening throughout the hike and the volcano releases a lot of acrid gas, this we were told is not to bad for you but it does burn your lungs so take something to cover your face.
The hike to the summit was fairly straightforward, but for us we took a route off the beaten trails to avoid the gas. The ground is loose so be prepared to scramble up.
If you are really unfit then go to the gym first before doing this. We walked 12k and went up 118 flights of stairs on the tour, it's not a massive day but if you are very unfit something to consider.
Overall the land scape was breathtaking, we went on a clear day and could see the whole of Sicily. From the central created we heard and saw small eruptions of gas/sand. Gas poured from vents all over the creater, leaving incredible sulphur deposits.
The guide was very good talking through Etna's history, all the lava flows and I felt confident in his ability to keep us safe.
All in all a great experience and one I would highly recommend.

β β β β β Good organized trips. Started with big group but on the top we made smaller groups of 10 a 15 persons. Our guide, peppe, was very enthusiastic.
