★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great and easy way to get up to the middle top of Etna. Then grab a bus to the tour guide area, unless you are really adventurous. Then you go up to the top on your own. Good luck. For me and my new knee, I was very pleased at how easy it was to get up Etna and take in the amazing view with the excellent tour guide. I am just a little mad Etna stopped erupting for the one week I was there! Really, an amazing place, geologist-coolness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, with large panorama from the terrace. Bar and gift shop are a bit expensive, but the are very handy at 2500 meters altitude. We did walk from here to Etna and experienced maybe the most spectacular views on my life. Most recomanded. Have a nice trip, enjoy the spectacular view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breathtaking place, surprisingly without queues (we were on the spot around 9.30). We also used the possibility of an off-road bus above the cable car. Definitely recommend! It can be completed without problems even with children. Be careful, definitely pay for parking and leave the ticket behind the window. Upon our departure, all unmarked cars received a fine from the police!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience to walk on a Vulcan. Beautiful and rough at the same time. We took the cable car to the first stop and walked around. Then we conquered the "small" hills. We have small kids so it was so much easier. We were the in February. There was not a lot of people.
