★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you'd like to go to the Etna volcano summit, take this agency and ask for Nuccio as a guide. He's a volcanologist and knows a lot about Etna. He also cares about safety and has a nice sense of humor. On 23-07-2017 we had a great 5-hours trekking to the central crater, and this adventure was really great. I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company doesn't care at all about the user experience. First of all they assigned us an e-bike which had its rear wheel totally worn. Then we asked to change for the only e-bike remaining that didn't had its rear wheel damaged. Few kilometers from where we started the e-bike gearbox went out of the wheel attachment. We called them to ask for some help or bike change and they said it was not their problem, that they could do nothing unless we paid 100€. Only money would let them come and change its poorly maintained e-bike. Finally we decided to go back as we couldn't continue that way. When we arrived to the shop they said a piece of the bike was broken because our bad usage, so we were asked to pay 30€ for the piece. They didn't let us leave until we paid the 30€ threatening us with a police sue, with a totally mafia attitude and ironic supremacy. They also were ridiculously expecting from us to go to the nearest shop, buy the missing piece and bring it back to them. Moreover they even mentioned we were lucky because they didn't charge us the days they couldn't rent the bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had some doubts about the prices of Etna tours . But we have decided to visit it any way. BEST DECISION EVER ! Hike was not to hard but you need to be physically prepared after all it is hike on 3000m but after a few minutes you get used to lower oxygen levels . All of the employee were super friendly and out two guides were awesome. If you visit Sicily you need to visit Etna .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our guide was Nuccio Farro, he is very relayable and educated in volcanos. We were a small group of people and he gave us a lot of infos about the volcano, we paid 85€ for 4h tour,that it was middle level of difficulty. We saw old and new lava and we went to a safe distance to a new crater(only two weeks). We found the price very good for what they offer, all the fees and equipment to go to see etna were included. I extremely recommend it, as you are not allowed to walk alone in lava and Etna is a life experience that shouldn't miss.
