Una giornata a Canfaito, in mezzo alla faggeta infinita e a Monte San Vicino. In qualunque momento dell'anno fa bene alla salute del corpo e della mente. Per arrivare al parcheggio c’è un passaggio molto suggestivo nella prima parte della faggeta; qui le fronde sono molto fitte e vi consiglio di lasciare la macchina a bordo strada e avventurarvi un po’ tra gli alberi, magari durante la stagione autunnale (fine ottobre, inizio novembre) quando le foglie cambiano colore. Inoltre cosa molto gradita ci sono diverse postazioni per poter arrostire la carne e trascorrere una piacevole giornata all'aria aperta con amici o parenti...veramente bel posto, nel maceratese. La faggeta si vedrà d'autunno di colori caldi e la luce che filtra dai rami rendr tutto quasi fiabesco. La sua fama li rende molto frequentato nei fine settimana. È preferibile visitarlo nei giorni feriali. Troppe persone non permettono di gustare a fondo la bellezza del luogo. There are places that leave you spellbound. Canfaito is one of them. The beech forest will be seen in warm colors in autumn and the light that filters through the branches will make everything almost fairytale. Its fame makes them very popular on weekends. It is preferable to visit it on weekdays. Too many people do not allow to fully enjoy the beauty of the place.

Nel nostro errare nel bosco non abbiamo trovato rifiuti, solo alcune strutture per barbecue. Non oso pensare il numero di frequentatori durante i weekend (inavvicinabile). Se potete andateci nel mezzo della settimana, un giorno di ferie ben speso. The beech forests of our Apennines are beautiful, that of Canfaito is one of the most famous and visited "top models". Nothing to say, very beautiful. In our wandering in the woods we found no waste, only some barbecue facilities. I don't dare think about the number of goers on weekends (unapproachable). If you can go there in the middle of the week, a day off well spent.

Passeggiata straconsigliata, con ampi parcheggi per chi è impossibilitato o semplicemente non ha voglia di lunghe escursioni. I have just discovered this splendid beech forest, with centuries-old trees, breathtaking views, abundant flowers, and the village of Elcito, thanks to the trekking organized by Federica di BUMBLEBee outdoor experience. Straconsigliato walk, with ample parking for those who are unable or simply do not want to take long excursions.
