G	Gi. Lup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attrezzatevi con stivali di gomma e risalite il torrente con i piedi nell'acqua, con un po' di attenzione vanno bene anche scarponi da trekking alti. Belle le gole, bellissima la cascata, bella l'idea di attrezzare il passaggio più scivoloso con una ferrata di corda (3m; semplice da fare anche senza sapere cosa sia una ferrata). Non vi fermate all'inizio delle gole, come fanno in molti, inoltratevi e percorretele fino in fondo...mi ringrazierete. Le foto parlano per me. Dopo aver lasciato Braccano delizioso paesino noto per ospitare murales di vari artisti dipinti sulle facciate delle abitazioni si prosegue percorrendo strada bianca di buona manutenzione e adatta a tutte le auto fino a arrivare a una piazzola dove le vetture possono essere parcheggiate e dove una planimetria della zona spiega le passeggiate proposte. Dopo una cinquantina di metri dall'inizio del sentiero girate a destra e proseguite senza indugio evitando di passare un piccolo ruscello sulla sinistra che accede a una salita che prosegue verso la sommità delle Gole. Il sentiero entra nella penombra di un bosco delizioso che costeggia un bel torrente. Risalendolo si giunge alla stretta dove le Gole formano una spaccatura nella roccia e da li una cascatella rinfrescante vi accoglierà! Circa 40 minuti andare e tornare con soste comode! Richiede un minimo di allenamento alla camminata. Carino poi da visitare il borgo di Braccano con i suoi murales. Attenzione perché in diversi punti i telefoni non prendono! Consigliato! Andando avanti (dopo il paesello di Braccano) quando si trova un bivio nel boschetto e senza segnaletica mantenere la destra per la Gola di Jana) posto suggestivo e consigliato, acqua limpidissima e gelata. Da visitare anche il paesino di Braccano e i suoi magnifici murales Natural gorge surrounded by wild green. Easy path to walk about 20 minutes. Si può arrivare facendo giri più ampi toccando altri punti cruciali della zona riserva o prendendo il percorso da Braccano, il quale se si ha magari meno tempo risulta breve e gradevole allo stesso modo. Si può lasciare l'auto in un area dedicata e seguire la classica segnaletica. Occhio a non scivolare nei pressi dei vari guadi e della cascatella, vi consiglio calzatura con un minimo grip. Spesso, "oltre", è un luogo bellissimo. #goladijana #trekking #wildnature #natura?????‍♂️⛰️☀️ Sono venuto a conoscenza di questo luogo, dopo aver visitato braccano un borgo famoso per i murales, realizzati da vari artisti sulle facciate delle abitazioni, per raggiungere la Gola di Jana bisogna percorrere una strada bianca, probabilmente è accessibile anche in macchina, ma non è stato possibile il giorno che mi sono recato io... Dopo un mezzoretta ci si trova davanti ad un bivio, con vari indicazioni per diversi sentieri o eremi, tra cui le Gole, inizia un sentiero che costeggia il bosco,?? ad un certo punto ci si immerge all'interno del bosco e si percorre un sentiero, ?️tra ruscelli e vegetazione fitta per circa 30 minuti, quando ad un certo punto vi trovate davanti, una cascata? ove alla sua destra troverete una corda, che servirà di aiuto per raggiungere la Gola, superato il punto con la corda, ecco davanti a voi la stretta gola!????️ Buona avventura! V	Vanessa L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è bello ma il percorso è corto, essendo facile e con un punto ristoro attaccato, per i miei gusti è troppo affollato e commerciale! Parte della strada è carrabile, diventa assurdo, tu a piedi e mille persone passano in macchina, parcheggiano dove possono e scendono a mangiare! Per fortuna poi si entra nel sentiero tra alberi, verde, natura, peccato sia davvero corto fino alla gola che ormai è secca e senza acqua. Ci sarebbe un secondo sentiero, ma è in salita, abbastanza faticoso ma sicuramente non vi seguirà nessuno! Nel complesso un giro è da fare, magari non nel fine settimana!
