I proprietari sono ottimi padroni di casa e con l'aiuto di collaboratori gentilissimi e professionali di sicuro rendono la visita una bella esperienza. Very welcoming, courteous and well-kept environment ... informal but, if desired, elegant. Menu made with good quality local products. The owners are excellent hosts and with the help of very kind and professional collaborators they certainly make the visit a nice experience.

Dit is een prachtige B&B in een heel mooie omgeving. Het zwembad is absoluut top! We hebben zelfs al geboekt voor de taalvakantie volgend jaar. Echt top op een toplocatie! Beautiful quiet location where you will be culinary spoiled by an Italian cook and the warm host family Ives, Heidi and Roel. This is a beautiful B&B in a very nice area. The pool is absolutely great! We have already booked for next year's language holiday. Really great in a prime location!

L'ambiente è ideale anche per dormirci e per una vacanza o un weekend lungo,per scappare dalla vita frenetica della città. Beautiful location and view. The two owners are very nice and competent. Great place for both aperitifs and dinners. The environment is also ideal for sleeping and for a holiday or a long weekend, to escape from the hectic life of the city.
E	Edit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato 2 notti, sinceramente molto meglio altri agriturismi tipici marchigiani che per lo meno utilizzano prodotti locali e genuini ad un prezzo molto più onesto per la qualità dei prodotti, d altronde essendo i proprietari del Belgio non credo abbiano una gran nozione della cucina e del servizio in sé, sarà che il Belgio é rinomato per l alta cucina, peccando di conseguenza di una gran arroganza, non si poteva contestare nulla perché aveva ragione sempre lui. Location molto bella così come le camere, nulla da dire! Un pó di umiltà magari, dato che sono gli ospiti i protagonisti e non il proprietario! Detto ció in zona molto meglio altri posti, tipo colle del sole a Matelica etc..... I was there 2 nights, frankly much better than other typical Marche farmhouses that at least use local and genuine products at a much more honest price for the quality of the products, on the other hand being the owners of Belgium I don't think they have a great notion of cooking and of the service itself, it will be that Belgium is renowned for haute cuisine, consequently sinning of a great arrogance, nothing could be contested because he was always right. Very nice location as well as the rooms, nothing to say! Maybe a little humility, given that the guests are the protagonists and not the owner! Having said that in the area much better other places, like Colle del Sole in Matelica etc .....

Ives e Haidy sono ottimi padroni di " casa " ed è proprio con la loro accoglienza che ti fanno sentire un ospite speciale. Consigliatissimo!!! Fantastic place nestled in the Marche hills, very well kept! Ives and Haidy are excellent "hosts" and it is with their welcome that they make you feel like a special guest. Highly recommended !!!

La colazione é abbondante e di qualità. I gestori molto cordiali e disponibili. Tornerò sicuramente per godere della pace e della bellezza di questo luogo e per assaggiare la loro cucina. A beautiful estate in the middle of the green on the hills surrounding Matelica. The farm has beautiful rooms and serves a restaurant. The breakfast is abundant and of quality. The managers very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to enjoy the peace and beauty of this place and to taste their cuisine.
