Visited on a cold Saturday in May, there was a splendid bloom. Then we took the path to the summit of San Vicino. I will return hoping for a better climate.

In questo periodo ricco di fiori colorati e dalle bellissime peonie .
Da qui parte il sentiero per andare alla Grotta di San Francesco, e il sentiero più breve per arrivare alla vetta del San Vicino .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutta la zona del monte San vicino è splendida per i faggi, ma a questo aggiungo che i sentieri sono tanti e ben segnalati. Il sentiero dai prati alla vetta è breve (un’oretta circa) e il panorama dalla vetta è un bello spettacolo. In questo periodo, primavera, la fioritura punteggia i prati di colori e la natura rivela la sua bellezza
The whole area of Monte San Vicino is splendid for the beech trees, but to this I add that the paths are many and well marked. The path from the meadows to the summit is short (about an hour) and the view from the summit is a beautiful sight. In this period, spring, the flowering punctuates the meadows with colors and nature reveals its beauty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato la giornata un po' fredda e piovosa... Ma posto davvero davvero bello.. pieno zeppo di tanti percorsi.
Noi, viste le previsioni, abbiamo scelto di prendere il più breve, quello che dai Prati porta fino alla grotta di San Francesco.
Percorso un po' impervio, ma fatto in 20 minuti come scritto nel cartello pur avendo due bimbi (uno di 6 ed uno di 11). Da lì una vista spettacolare.. Sicuramente torneremo con un tempo migliore per goderci a pieno le possibilità di esplorare che questo posto offre

Path a bit difficult, but done in 20 minutes as written on the sign despite having two children (one of 6 and one of 11). From there a spectacular view .. Surely we will return with a better time to fully enjoy the possibilities of exploring that this place offers
