★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there on our last evening of our Rome trip searching for a good glass of wine, knowing that it isn't easy in Rome to find good quality which isn't oberprized. Although the Enoteca is a little off the beaten track, it is easy to reach by foot once you are in Trastevere.
As we sat down and ordered our first glass of wine, the owner however noticed instantly that we were interessted. He advised us very well knowing his products. He then offered us a free glass of wine to try and later on a second and a third.
This is why it was a pleasure to stay even longer as intended. It was very nice and we will definitely come here once more if we are in Rome again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and cozy. Great place for a casual drink with friends or a quieter place for a date. Good wine selection! One star less only b/c the food offered for the aperitivo did not compare to others I have tasted.

I think the owner has changed since we were last here some years ago, now it's quieter and there's a younger, foreign crowd, but still a nice location away from the really touristy part of Trastevere. A glass of wine is €5-6. Sometimes you have to ring a bell to get in, though it's not clear why!
