Having to stand in line for almost two hours to deliver a test tube is nothing short of scandalous ... one person at the reception ... no temperature control ..... getting worse .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima struttura,mi ero recato presso il centro dopo aver prenotato un pacchetto completo tramite internet dove la mia azienda è convenzionata e mi sento dire che loro non sanno cosa fare che esami eseguire e chiedevano a me di cosa si trattava. Dopo avermi fatto accomodare 10 minuti una telefonata non so di chi mi rispondono che purtroppo non posso farci nulla ma non sanno proprio che esami farmi fare.
Se queste cliniche private lavorano così questo è proprio uno schifo vergognoso.
Bad structure, I had gone to the center after having booked a complete package through the internet where my company has an agreement and I hear that they do not know what to do that exams run and asked me what it was. After making me sit 10 minutes a phone call I do not know who answer me that unfortunately I can not do anything but do not know what exams to do me.
If these private clinics work like this it is really a shameful disgust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stelle....ho chiesto un esame sierologico per dosaggio IgG e IgM post vaccino anti COVID ....mi è stato eseguito un solo dosaggio ...alla mia richiesta di informazioni mi è stato risposto indirettamente dal medico di laboratorio che il test era un sistema “vecchio” e che quindi avrei dovuto ripetere l’esame (a mio carico???mah!!) con un test più aggiornato...nemmeno si sono offerti di rifarlo a loro spese ....50 euro buttati via ....lasciate stare, scarsa serietà professionale
Zero stars .... I asked for a serological test for IgG and IgM post COVID vaccine ... I was only given one dose ... my request for information was indirectly answered by the laboratory doctor that the test was an "old" system and therefore I would have to repeat the exam (at my expense ??? mah !!) with a more up-to-date test ... they didn't even offer to do it again at their expense .... 50 euros thrown away .... forget it, lack of professional seriousness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio preciso e puntuale, personale alla reception e ai prelievi davvero molto gentile, accogliente e dalla pazienza infinita. I risultati sono pronti in poche ore, già dal pomeriggio stesso si possono consultare online e stampare.
Precise and punctual service, staff at the reception and at the withdrawals very kind, welcoming and with infinite patience. The results are ready in a few hours and can be viewed online and printed as early as the afternoon.

Top nurse, has a hand feather for sampling. But the others are good too. Ladies at the reception good and kind.

I have been turning to private facilities for laboratory tests for years, but I have never found such fast and attentive service. A lot of courtesy and attention also from the staff both at the reception (a special thanks to Elisa) and nursing. Chapeaux
