Consiglio di recarsi soli per non lasciare al freddo l'accompagnatore

Mi sono quasi commossa, dato che l'agitazione pre-vaccinazione mi aveva messa alla prova, mi sono sentita accolta in modo così naturale e particolarmente attento che mi sono subito sentita bene. Al contrario, l'esperienza al centro vaccinale Schiranna non è stata delle più belle. Personale che non aveva voglia di dirti cosa fare, sgarbati ed esaltati, soprattutto i militari.
Comunque, a Rancio, sono stata trattata benissimo, accompagnata da subito alla porta e sempre con indicazioni gentili e appropriate. Anche tutte le altre persone davanti a me sembravano rilassate. C'era molta organizzazione, cordialità, tutti ti salutavano, ti dicevano cosa fare in modo estremamente rispettoso senza trattarti come un numero. L'ho apprezzato molto!!!
I have pleasantly found so much kindness and humanity. I was almost moved, as the pre-vaccination agitation had put me to the test, I felt welcomed so naturally and particularly attentive that I immediately felt good. On the contrary, the experience at the Schiranna vaccination center was not the best. Staff who didn't want to tell you what to do, rude and exalted, especially the military.
Anyway, in Rancio, I was treated very well, immediately accompanied to the door and always with kind and appropriate directions. All the other people in front of me also seemed relaxed. There was a lot of organization, friendliness, everyone greeted you, told you what to do in an extremely respectful way without treating you like a number. I really appreciated it!!!

Anche se la strada per andare a Rancio Valcuvia è un pochino più lunga siamo tornati volentieri per la terza dose dei ragazzi perché abbiamo trovato tanta gentilezza, pazienza e professionalità. Grazie a tutto lo staff!
Having a large family, we have toured various vaccination centers in our area in recent months. Even if the road to go to Rancio Valcuvia is a little bit longer, we gladly returned for the third dose of the boys because we found so much kindness, patience and professionalism.
