Totale disorganizzazione, lavoratori che alle 12 vanno in pausa per mangiare e si ritrovano una cassa aperta e più di 10 persone in fila ad aspettare e la scusa è che in tutto il supermercato c’è solo un dipendente!
E non è un caso isolato, succede quasi sempre.
