★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simpatici come la morte nel cuore, trattano i potenziali clienti apparentemente non professionisti come fossero li per passare il tempo e rovinare il carattere proprio a loro. Sono lo specchio dell'Italia saccente (che però ha le pezze sul posteriore) di oggi, sotto il vestito, poco o niente. Dopo la replica, mi sento in dovere di aggiungere ancora un paio di cose:
1) Negozio "esclusivo" per i "partita iva" (che scritto così sembra dedicato a portatori di gravi malattie) vuol dire poco o niente, tant'è che a me (che guarda caso, avendo una ditta, la partita iva ce l'ho) nessuno l'ha chiesta.
2) Prima ancora di accertare competenze e quant'altro, sono arrivate le ovvietà: "qua ghe voe on idraulico, cussi no podemo laorare, mi no vago a comprare ea frission dea macchina se no so bon cambiarla" e via di questo passo ( tutte osservazioni che ai clienti non vanno fatte, se non altro per buon gusto)
Riassumendo, senza sminuire l'importanza del vostro lavoro, per me nel vostro negozio manca un articolo: l'umiltà.
As friendly as death in the heart, they treat seemingly unskilled potential customers as if they were there to pass the time and ruin their own character. They are the mirror of the pedantic Italy (which, however, has the patches on the back) of today, under the dress, little or nothing. After the reply, I feel compelled to add a couple more things:
1) "exclusive" shop for the "VAT number" (which thus seems to be dedicated to people with serious illnesses) means little or nothing, so much so that to me (who happens to have a company, the VAT number is 'ho) nobody asked.
2) Even before ascertaining competences and so on, the obviousness has arrived: "qua ghe voe on plumber, cussi no podemo laorare, I vague to buy ea frission dea machine if no so bon change it" and so on this step ( all observations that customers should not be made, if only for good taste)
In summary, without diminishing the importance of your work, for me in your shop there is no article: humility.
