Il rivenditore che ci ha seguito poco professionale, con battute e risate fuori luogo, abbiamo chiesto di farci vedere le porte in laminato e lui ci ha fatto vedere sia quelle in laminato che quelle in legno facendo molta confusione con i colori che poi non si capiva più cosa era dell’uno e dell’altro, un po’ disorganizzati su l’esposizione al cliente.

Buon giorno a lei, io sono liberissima di esprimere la mia opinione indipendente da quello che fa il mio fidanzato, voi dovete accettare anche le critiche, perché sono proprio quelle che aiutano un’azienda a migliorare e a crescere, i complimenti fanno piacere e niente altro, se voi avete chiamato e lui non ha mai risposto molto probabilmente stava lavorando e non poteva farlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda Top come qualità e soprattutto come assistenza in post vendita .Grazie a Diego il titolare che dopo avermi venduto è installato dei serramenti in pvc di eccellente qualità nel 2015 con estrema attenzione ai dettagli. Nel 2020 ho avuto un problema ad un vetro di una portafinestra ad alzante scorrevole a 2 ante , lo contatto per avvisarlo del problema e con professionalità mi ha risolto il problema sostituendo il vetro difettoso dell’anta coinvolta , e a mia sorpresa ha voluto sostituire anche il vetro dell’altra anta che non presentava difetto ma facendo parte dello stesso infisso ha preferito non correre rischi . Tanta roba E complimenti a tutto lo staff
