That contact was a complete disaster but when I went back to Almar in Italy their response was truly exceptional. They could not have been more kind, helpful and sympathetic. They responded instantly and, after reviewing my unfortunate experience provided my product free of charge. A high quality, top of the range product with customer service to match. I was hugely impressed and would recommend this company to anyone. Exceptional! Thank you Almar.
