Hi, I wanted to tell you about our experience, I and my girlfriend are traveling through Italy. We arrived in Rome on June 16. We had to sleep outside the Vatican because we couldn't find where to stay that day, so on the 17th we went to the embassy to ask for information or help to have a place to stay for two days since on the 19th we took a bus to Florence. We touched the doorman and I was attended by an Argentine girl who told me that that was the residence not the embassy and hung up. Then I told my girlfriend that she will speak, she did it and this time she attended a girl who spoke Spanish but it showed that she was Italian, as we did not understand much happened to us with another girl who spoke in Spanish with a Central American tone that said that already They went down to attend us, we waited and no one appeared. After a few minutes, the same girl with whom I had spoken the first time told us about the doorman and told us that they had no information and that they could not accommodate us to leave because the embassy was closed, which we found strange since it was 3pm and according to the information on their website they close at 6pm. We sat in front because we did not know what to do and while we thought, I see that through the curtains of the windows there was someone, I crossed to ask if he knew of any hotel or something and I close the window and the curtains. They were two women hiding behind the curtains which are almost transparent white and it was three in the afternoon that they were hidden. In my experience I can say that you cannot ask for help at the embassy if something happens to you, I do not understand what these people do at the embassy charging a salary and living there for free and if there is someone responsible I hope you can explain to me and many people What to do if we have a problem at any time in Rome.

My friend and I have been trying to contact the embassy for days but they never answer, they even interrupt the call without answering. A shame

Interessante convegno scientifico.
Interesting scientific conference. The only drawback: by their own admission, GMOs are an environmental and health hazard, however they continue to sow them.

Very rude person who answered me and left me a wrong number

A horror that the Argentine embassy cannot even listen to a query from an Argentine citizen. I called saying that I needed to make a consultation and the woman who attended me did not even let me finish saying the word "consultation" and interrupted me saying that I have to do the consultations at the consulate and not with her, I told her just listen to my consultation and refused. Good thing he was not in danger of life. What is the embassy for? A shame these people who do not want to work. Leave your job to someone who needs a job and wants to do it well.

The person who answers the phone is rude rarely seen in the public service, not only that he does not give information (he may not know something) but that while the consultation is being carried out, he cuts off the communication. They live on Argentine citizens and they are not even useful to provide proper care. A shame.

They are fourth. They give you a thousand laps to give you a turn to change the address of the DNI... I couldn't do it yet and I don't know if I will
