★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where you can go if you lose your passport. If you're in any trouble with the law or anything at all,get inside these gates. The entrance/walk-through gate is on the north side of the building. Do not park in front of here. Male sire when you enter that you don't have any metal on you as this will delay your entry. Good luck and I hope they help you. They're extremely helpful. If you lose a passport expect to stay for the day

Sent original documents that were never returned….
No response to follow up emails ….
Inexcusable incompetence coming from a government entity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share the terrible experience I am having with the Naples and Palermo US Passport office.
By mistake Naples released the wrong documents and sent them to me., in the meantime the so urgently needed passport needed by me is still sitting in the Naples Office.
There have been many emails but Naples refuses to accept responsibility and Palermo’s Office is dorment about it.
I am scheduled to travel back to the USA this coming Sunday and as of the moment I do not have ma passport.
Long shot. Maybe soneone in Rome can help? I am desperate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in an out in two hours. I needed a replacement passport, and they then took care of it- possibly in less than an hour! Besides the favorable waiting time, the fee that I paid actually covers the real passport that I will be getting sometime in the next few months. What they offered me matched up exactly with what the webpage offered in advance, so I knew which option I wanted to book, and when I did, there was no hesitancy and no argument. I was very impressed with the quality. I'm also thinking that the staff were not native tongue English speakers, but they did exceptionally well!
