★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tout un désordre, tu prends rendez-vous avec eux et tu t'y rends à l'heure mais on te fait attendre pendant des heures avant de te recevoir et pire encore c'est une italienne qui ne connaît même pas le Bénin qui fait tout,vraiment déplorable, accueil désagréable. Pour un simple document si tu n'es pas résident à Rome tu sois forcément t'y rendre; ils doivent penser à ouvrir les consulats pour nous faciliter les tâches. Le gouvernement béninois doit tout revoir car aucune ambassade ne fonctionne pas comme ça.
Quite a mess, you make an appointment with them and you get there on time but you are made to wait for hours before receiving you and even worse, it is an Italian who does not even know Benin who does everything, really deplorable, disagreeable reception. For a simple document if you are not resident in Rome you must necessarily go there; they must think about opening the consulates to make things easier for us. The Beninese government must review everything because no embassy does not work like that.

Intanto volevo andare in bagno e mi hanno detto che il bagno non era per il pubblico, poi per fare un semplice foglio e farlo firmare, ci hanno fatto aspettare 4 ore e non c'era nessuna fila. Consolato inutile. Piena di gente inutile che non sa fare il proprio lavoro. Mi vergogno di essere rappresentata da questa gente. La segretaria poi risponde male è una maleducata, si è permessa di dirci che noi le abbiamo fatto venire malditesta, in realtà non capiva nulla e non sapeva cosa fare. Orgogliosa e cattiva
