I have been calling for days and no one answers, or do I need to get a passport I live in Alessandria 7h from Rome, how is it I have been doing sw and I have been calling for months and no one answers ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ da capoverdiano mi sento abbandonato... è una vergogna...piu di 1 anno che cerco di fare il passaporto a mio figlio che allora aveva 2 anni ,con tutte le problematiche del caso, impossibilitato a cambiare residenza perche ovviamente vogliono un passaporto...e non ci riesco; la solita scusa, il nuovo sistema non funziona. e a me frega un caxxo...
as a Cape Verdean I feel abandoned ... it is a shame ... more than 1 year I try to passport my son who was 2 years old at the time, with all the necessary problems, unable to change residence because obviously they want a passport. ..and I can't; the usual excuse, the new system does not work. and I give a damn ...

Open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. Tuesday open until 5pm. Reservations are recommended by calling 06474 5461. Offices located on the first floor with lift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente speravo in un po' più di efficenza e un servizio molto piu consono a quelle che dovrebbero essere le loro competenza ! Insoddisfatta al 100% ! Si fa prima a fare da se che aspettare che facciamo qualcosa o che per lo meno si interessano ! E visto che sono la rappresentanza di capo verde in Italia mi aspettavo molto di più .
Honestly, I was hoping for a little more efficiency and a much more appropriate service to what their expertise should be! 100% dissatisfied! You do it yourself first than wait for us to do something or at least get interested! And since I am the representative of Cape Verde in Italy, I expected much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sn partito da padova x fare il rinnovo delle passaporto quello che trovo é un cartello che dici che erano chiusi ,mettere qua un avviso qui che dici eravate chiusi no, cosi uno non fa un viaggio x niente ,poi nella segreteria dici che eravate aperto
Sn left from padua to renew the passport what I find is a sign that you say they were closed, put a notice here that you say you were closed no, so one does not make a trip for nothing, then in the secretary you say that you were open
