★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. My experience at the place is always fantastic. Today is my second day having breakfast at Bistro Monti and I'll definitely come back. The cappuccino and the Americano Expresso are fantastic. I recommend for tourists to try their Englese breakfast; it's really good, you get traditional bacon, an egg over medium style and bread with two options of sides cream and apple jelly to spread on the toasted bread and the Englese breakfast includes also a cappuccino. Plus the service given is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the aperepizza. The ad said a drink, 2 slices of pizza and fries. But got 2 really tiny slices of pizza and chips from a bag. The drinks taste like they are using supermarket spirit brands.Very disappointing. False advertising. Don't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasant surprise! We’re staying at the Hilton across the street and when we arrived after traveling for half a day, we asked concierge about a place we could grab a quick bite. She drew us a map, told us it would take 10 minutes to get to the place she recommended. But right outside the door across the street was Bistro Monti. We were too tired and hungry to go anywhere, so we ventured across the street. Sooooo happy we did. Pizza/pinse and pasta delicious! Our new favourite restaurant. Enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and place are good but prices are different if you want to eat there and they they dont say it before the order. Tea price is 2€ in the menu but they want to 5€ when you pay after service. They dont like tourists I think..
