The eggnog was fantastic. Carbonara Bianca was notable from the potato spaghetti, and it worked harmoniously with a sous vide egg. The eggs tasting platter is diverse in the types of eggs featured and quite unique.

Food is great, really delicious with different kind of pasta. The service is so good, funny staff, and the place gives a good feeling. It's not cheap but it worth it.

The place is nice, service is ok and food is normal. I took the carbonara classic and the flavor and pasta was okaish…. Value per money it does not worth it. If I have to give a opinion is pricy.

Had the smaller tasting menu, and overall I was more satisfied than not. It's a bit strange: the mainly egg-based dishes are all excellent, the rest are unimpressive. For the starter, the fried carbonara stick was amazing, the creamed spinach or the wilted lettuce with supermarket salmon were odd. Same with the entrees: the rigatoni was heaven, the tartare with hollandaise (for a secondi?) was meh. Zabaglione was great as well, which overall made this a positive experience, but you should probably go a la carte. Don't miss the fried carbonara sticks!

We were asked twice in an empty shop if we had a reservation. Ultimately we were allowed to sit down and order. The food was ok but all egg related. The menu was digitally available through a QR code. The food was ok. My pasta was a bit too hard. Al dente is ok but this was not al dente. Not the experience we had hoped.

Wow. Super underwhelmed. Service is pretty terrible as well. Nothing here is really all that tasty. Things are either too salty or too bland. Tried both the classic and blanco (noodles made of potatoes instead) carbonara and both were terrible! The combo of the “new innovative” blanco carbonara did not make sense. It was dry and the sous vide egg was over cooked (yoke was hard and def not runny)! Don’t get the egg game either. The worst gimmick. Nothing creative. Left feeling we got punk’ed given the recommendations to come. Nothing more than a couple IG photos. And similarly…may look interesting but often no depth. We also had asked for water for over an hour and only got it when we got our check. Eggtremely awfully and eggxulting experience… Ps was charged for the bread that we never got. And our original waiter screwed up so much that another waiter saw how bad our experience was and had to step in. Cheers to Roberto tho. At least helped us so we could leave without being angry for bad food and being poorly treated. He is what service is suppose to be like.
