★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was ok. We appreciated a lot that we were able to get safe and gluten-free food.
But the pizza was very heavy as the dough contained an enormous amount of fat (visible also in the sunlight reflection of the image attached). For starters, we had some fried chicken and Arancini. The Arancini were good, the chicken was crispy, but inside a bit too chewy and dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing restaurant for everybody, especially for celiac people. If you want to taste real gluten-free affordable Italian food, this is your place. The pasta and pizza tasted like normal one (really difficult to accomplish). Everything in the menu can be gluten-free or not gluten-free (and it's done in separate kitchens).
The service was awesome too, fast and friendly, Luka explained us everything and guided us through the experience.
We liked so much, that we went there randomly for lunch and came back for dinner.
My Italian, Romanesco friends approved the Italian authenticity of the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pizzeria In a nice neighbourhood- Travestere. It serves all kinds of pizza, pasta and main dishes with meat or chicken. We had the margarita pizza Napoli style it was amazing. Super delicious. We also ordered lasagne but honestly it isn’t as great as the pizza. It’s just ok. Great service though it’s a nice place. They serve gluten free pasta and pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was legitimately good food. It feels almost inaccurate to give this 4 stars — I wish I could rank it 4.44 stars. The pasta sauce was great, and the starter I had—basically fried cheese balls—were delicious. Waitress was really nice as well.
I suppose Rome’s pasta game is just so ridiculous that this place, which would rank as ‘dazzlingly epic’ in the United States, receives a 4.44 out of 5 in its own context.
However, the story might be different if I had Celiac disease (allergic to gluten), as this place has a plethora of gluten-free options and subs for the wheat less wanderlusts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i read about mama eats on a blog and i am so glad i went there for my first meal in rome !
miki the waiter was so kind, accomdating and gave us his full attention. he recommended the gluten free craft beer which was lovely. he turned on the heaters for us outside and told us his recommendations on the menu.
we shared the mini pizzas for the starter and i got calamari, squid and fried prawns for main.
portion sizes were unreal and the food was fab! i don't think i'll ever get calamari again that's low fodmap/gluten free.
they have a separate kitchen and different chef that caters for those who follow a gluten free diet.
i'm from ireland and it is so stressful eating out, explaining my allergies, ringing well in advance. where today was just an outer body experience! i am still in shock that i was able to eat that all !!! happy out i am now !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent Sunday lunch experience in Trastevere. The restaurant is touted as gluten free but all of the pasta and pizza dishes are done traditionally as well. We did not have reservations but they were graciously able to fit us in without trouble. The restaurant did fill up so reservations are recommended. Very friendly staff. If you’re traveling with a gluten free individual, this restaurant is a must visit for the flexibility in offers.
