★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best dinner we had in Rome! If you want authentic Roman food for a reasonable price, this is THE place. Friendly, old school staff, outstanding food, and great atmosphere. I had pasta with asparagus and mushrooms, antipasti, and some decadent dessert. Highly recommend! Perfetta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was really good but MASSIVE portions. They were also kind of offended that we didn't finish it, but one plate could feed three people. I know service in Italy is slower but we were one of three tables there and it was so hard to get our servers attention so we could pay. So go here when you're really hungry and in no hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You absolutely have to come here for carbonara. Five stars unquestionably for food but we had the most rude waiter I’ve ever had. The other waiter was lovely though. Good to note: they don’t do gluten free pasta anymore

Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend the carbonara and fried artichokes to anyone. I would eat this every day if I could. Excellent spot for dinner, highly recommend. The carbonara for 2 is a huge portion just a heads up. Well worth it and a great value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this characteristic place you can find the true Roman tradition. I highly recommend the artichokes, also if you don't like it you have to try it because that's superb. Then I've had "maccheroni alla gricia" and was delicious, the dish was made with love, as well as the ravioli homemade. Remo welcomed us warmly, he is a nice guy who likes to joke and at the same time have great conversations. I'll be back there, it was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best restaurant in all of Roma! I visited this restaurant 3 years ago when it was at a different location. I was so pleased to find its new location.
The best spaghetti carbonara you will ever eat. It’s delicious in every way! The serving sizes are HUGE! Definitely order one plate for 2-3 people.
The staff are funny, kind, and accommodating. You will be so full and happy from eating here.
