Only giving it one star cause I cannot give 0. The worst customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. All staff were extremely rude and drinks were watery. At the end of our night, We kindly requested from the staff to help us with ordering a taxi (which was normal thing to do in the other places we’ve been to). The cashier called the taxi place and was on the phone waiting for a bit. Then the other waiter came and the cashier complained in Italian that he was too busy and had to be on the phone for a taxi, whilst the other one said in a very aggressive manner “they should have called themselves”. We wouldn’t mind calling ourselves if they provided the phone number but instead they offered to do it and then talked rudely about us in Italian which they thought we didn’t understand. On top of all that, the bouncer made a racist comment about a group of girls that “were foreigners and wouldn’t leave anytime soon”. I appreciate if someone is not in a good mood or tired - it happens to everyone, but this place was just full of aggressive, rude and racist staff, with horrible drinks.

Went to work there for a while as they have good WiFi. Service is ok, the coffee I got was not really anything special and the glass was half empty compared to other places. But WiFi was stable, I got to pay by card so that's good. Only big downside: They blast the music so extremely loud I was hardly able to concentrate even with noise-canceling headphones on.

I really like this Café, it's relaxed, ambient interior design, the bar and the menu. It's international and even offers typical non-italian breakfast like scrambled eggs, etc. I use it as a Coworking/Cafe Office, enough free tables to work, free WiFi. Last but not least perfectly located in the heart of Trastevere, close to quite beautiful squares to relax.

Drinks varied from too sweet to very strong. No consistency. The waiters and maybe the manager were rushing around like so busy and 3 different people took our order and served us. They were very slow to come take our order and revist- which I understand it's a relaxing area but we wanted to drink more. We asked for the bill early to make a dinner reservation and it took 30 min. Also we got asked if we wanted the bill 3 times after we asked for it.

The eggs Benedict didn’t have much to do with eggs Benedict. Eggs were rather hard boiled, and the muffin super dry. The portion overall was super small, so right after breakfast I continued my journey to bakery. Coffee was good.

If you want eggs fot breakfast in Rome - It’s a good place for that. They make a nice omlette but they sure can’t make eggs Benedict - they were just fried eggs in a form. Coffee was alright and so were cornettis. The staff was chaotic - we had to wait pretty long for our juices but they were nice. On the whole, when you’ve had enough pastries for breakfast and you crave savory dishes - it’s a decent choice.

Atmosphere aside, the food was bad enough that it deserves the 1 star without a doubt. The American pancakes were not fresh or homemade, neither were the fruits. How hard is it to make fresh pancakes? It's literally three ingredients. Not to mention the fruits... it's hard to mess up fruits, unless you get them from a can, of course. It was terrible and not worth 3 Euros, not to mention the 9 Euro they cost! 9 Euro! You can get a fresh pizza for that! I don't know what atmosphere people are praising here... the owners were literally chatting outside on the street constantly, smoking and then throwing their cigarettes on the street right across from me. Massive trucks and cars drove right by me the entire time. One weird guy from the street came and leaned over to look at my laptop screen, then asked me for a cigarette three times.
