★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potessi dare zero stelle lo farei. Mi dispiace, non do mai recensioni negative, ma questa purtroppo è incompetenza in tutti i sensi. Dal lavaggio dei capelli in cui mi prendeva le punte e me le strofinata come se volesse togliere una macchia da un vestito, al taglio, in cui non han minimamente capito il taglio che volevo e che è necessario per il mio tipo di capelli (perché effettivamente ha chiesto velocissimo ed è partita con le forbici!) - in più, dopo la piega ha CHIARAMENTE visto che c'era un errore - uno scalino - quasi un buco nel taglio, e lei ha fatto finta di niente. Le ho chiesto se poteva aggiustarlo e lei ha dato la colpa a me perché non ero stata chiara nel taglio che volevo..... Mai successo prima - prima di tagliare consiglio di chiedere al cliente cosa vuole e assicurarsi di aver capito. Mi dispiace ma, nonostante avessi dimostrato il mio dispiacere anche in negozio, non ho visto nessun interesse a venirmi in contro per migliorare la situazione.... Quindi la recensione l'ho dovuta lasciare...
 I could give zero stars I would. I'm sorry, I never give negative reviews, but unfortunately this is incompetence in every sense. From washing my hair in which she took the tips and rubbed them as if she wanted to remove a stain from a dress, to the cut, in which they did not even understand the cut I wanted and which is necessary for my type of hair (because actually she asked very quickly and started with the scissors!) - plus, after the fold she CLEARLY saw that there was a mistake - a step - almost a hole in the cut, and she pretended nothing happened. I asked her if she could fix it and she blamed me for not being clear in the cut I wanted ..... Never before - before cutting I recommend asking the client what they want and make sure they understand. I'm sorry but, despite having shown my displeasure even in the shop, I didn't see any interest in coming to me to improve the situation .... So I had to leave the review ...
