★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non comune avidità (o poca professionalità) dei dipendenti addetti alla vendita tanto che a me e a diversi compagni - negli anni - hanno cercato di farci comprare libri ulteriori e inutili in quanto NON OBBLIGATORI E NEPPURE CONSIGLIATI dai docenti. Insomma, libri a caso.
Giova sottolineare come spesso siamo sprovvisti dei testi d’esame, in quanto a tutta evidenza provvedono a evadere gli ordini con rara avarizia e di conseguenza rimangono senza copie.
In ultima istanza mi preme sottolineare come alcuni venditori (specie i ragazzi) siano frenetici e anche maleducati nei confronti dei clienti.
 Uncommon greed (or lack of professionalism) of the sales employees, so much so that over the years I and several companions have tried to make us buy additional and useless books as they are NOT OBLIGATORY AND EVEN RECOMMENDED by the teachers. In short, random books.
It should be emphasized that we often lack the exam texts, as they evidently fulfill orders with rare avarice and consequently remain without copies.
Ultimately I would like to emphasize how some salespeople (especially the boys) are frantic and even rude towards customers.

Organizzano molti eventi durante l' anno..molto attuali di alto livello ...Posizione molto strategica..con una grande immagine...e importanza Internazionale ..?????
I've never had any problems..I am constantly evolving and developing. The staff is very kind and helpful and very professional .. They organize many events throughout the year .. very current at a high level ... Very strategic position .. with a great image ... and international importance ..??? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben fornita di materiali economici e giuridici e buoni spazi. Purtroppo non tutto il personale è disponibile per spiegazioni, alcuni sono addirittura indisponenti e non invogliano a tornare.
Well stocked with economic and legal materials and good spaces. Unfortunately not all the staff are available for explanations, some are even annoying and do not encourage you to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono solita scrivere recensioni, ma dopo tre anni trascorsi in questa università trovo necessario esprimere il mio dispiacere nel vedere un luogo potenzialmente piacevole rovinato dalla maleducazione dei commessi che vi lavorano. La libreria infatti dispone di una meravigliosa sala lettura ampia e luminosa, il tempo qui potrebbe trascorrere piacevolmente,ma un clima di tristezza e rabbia impregna l'aria.
I commessi non rispondo al vostro buongiorno, al telefono vi attaccano in faccia, qualunque richiesta d'informazioni è ricambiata da espressioni infastidite ed atteggiamenti sbrigativi. Settimana scorsa sono arrivati a sbatterci la porta in faccia, tale gesto animalesco è stato utilizzato per invitarci ad uscire dalla sala.
In passato almeno si ricevevano sorrisi dalle guardie addette al controllo del green pass, ora ahimè un computer ha sostituto questo compito. Così la voce meccanica, l'unica che mi accoglie all'ingresso,si unisce al clima disumano che popola la libreria.
I don't usually write reviews, but after three years at this university I find it necessary to express my displeasure at seeing a potentially pleasant place marred by the rudeness of the clerks who work there. The library in fact has a wonderful large and bright reading room, the time here could pass pleasantly, but an atmosphere of sadness and anger permeates the air.
The clerks do not answer your good morning, they attack you in the face on the phone, any request for information is returned by annoyed expressions and hasty attitudes. Last week they got to slam the door in our face, this animalistic gesture was used to invite us to leave the room.
In the past at least smiles were received from the guards responsible for controlling the green pass, now alas a computer has replaced this task. Thus the mechanical voice, the only one that welcomes me at the entrance, joins the inhuman atmosphere that populates the bookshop.
