★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place at all costs! Its pretty much a scam.
They overcharged me and treated me in a rude and condescending way. I was on the phone with them for a long time (10 to 15 mins wait to connect to their operators) and it got to the point of yelling at each other cause they denied unfairly charging me.
In the end, I managed to get a refund. But it was super stressful, worst experience with a hotel.
