I don't know the hotel. Probably I must have passed it during my long walks in the Ticino district.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unconfortable accommodation. You have to walk at least 10 minutes from the place you check-in to the place you stay. The instructions to get into the building are unclear and the keys didn’t open the door ‘cause they were bent. I had to wait 20 minutes a guy to arrive and then another 15 to wait him to come again and to bring other keys and finally get into the building. Check in at 6.40 pm vs entering the apartment at 8 pm.
Oh, there was no toilet paper and nor a bottle of water inside the apartment.
