★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unfriedly service. The Pizza was well below the expectation for italian Pizza to say the least! Waited forever just to find about five mushrooms on my funghi Pizza that were not even fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Service, for which we were charged an additional servicefee. The waiters were unable to explain this fee and suddenly couldn't speak English anymore, when asked about it. The Pizza wasn't great either. Do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy! I ordered a pizza diavolo with extra olives and what did i get? A pizza margharita with like half an olive per slice and 3 slices of spicy salami on the whole thing. Although I was very, very hungry (almost starved while waiting) the pizza did not taste well. Total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !!!Stay away!!! Much tooo pricy (could not really explain the price 1xPizza, 1x Tortelloni, 2x beer =40€), little portions, unfriendly waiters. Never again, should have read the recommends first! They have just one toilette for men and women both. Sadly the lock was broken so that you can't lock up!!! NEVER!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t agree less than the previous reviews. We were here three days and ate here twice! Excellent Sangiovese wine, food is simple and traditional - we thoroughly enjoyed both visits and found the staff very friendly. Between my father and I, we had pasta, risotto, pizza, lasagne and tiramisu. All fantastico!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idk where to start. Horrible service. Food was lousy. Way too pricey. When it came time to pay they cannot process credit card after midnight all of a sudden. We were notified this at 11:55. Figuring traditional European practice is to bring the card reader ASAP and get i through. The waiter went about cleaning up his tables. I had to leave my wife there and walk to an atm which was out of cash. Then he was going to take $33usd on a 67€ tab. Which would have resulted in a 2 star review. Then all of a sudden he can take the credit payment. What a scam! Avoid at all costs! I make better risotto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable! The service was unfriendly all the time. They don't want to serv tap water, so we got 500 ml water in plastic bottles for 3€. Then we waited one hour for the pizza. After we ate the staff threw the bill on our table while going by. And than we had to pay extra money for the service without telling before. Wouldn't eat here again!
