Had to leave at midnight the first night to find another place to stay in a different place for both nights of my stay as the customer service was of no help at all!
They wouldn’t reply to booking.com to help with the situation and even wanted to book out the same room to another customer the next night even though it was completely infested with bed bugs!
Only selecting the one star as it’s required to post! Would be a 0/5!
