★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho seguito le iniziative di questo locale fin dall'inizio, aperto a Giugno causa pandemia (dovevano inaugurarlo verso Marzo), è un'idea innovativa e giovane. I tre ragazzi hanno passione, si vede e soprattutto si sente. Veramente ottima la loro bistecca, le patate sono diverse dalle solite grazie alla cottura nel grasso di Bovino, da menzionare le salse particolari. Consigliato e ci tornerò sicuramente, magari per provare uno dei loro piatti speciali (che cambiano spesso).
I followed the initiatives of this place from the beginning, opened in June due to the pandemic (they had to inaugurate it in March), it is an innovative and young idea. The three boys have passion, you see and above all you feel. Their steak is really excellent, the potatoes are different from the usual ones thanks to the cooking in Bovine fat, to mention the particular sauces. Recommended and will definitely go back, maybe to try one of their special dishes (which change often).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provato ieri sera dopo aver seguito i progressi del ristorante tramite la newsletter. Intrigata da questo nuovo concept "one thing restaurant" ho desiderato assaggiare il loro Love Loin.
Una tagliata di lombatello dimanzo cucinata a regola d'arte, come solo chi ama la carne può realizzare. Marinatura delicata ma saporita, cottura perfetta, patate e insalatina con dressing di accompagnamento ottime. Idem per le salse!
Consiglio il dessert "panna cotta al fieno", una sorpresa per le papille gustative: chiudete gli occhi, assaporate ogni cucchiaiata e vi sembrerà di essere nel bel mezzo di una campagna estiva.
Il personale giovane e cordiale è sempre disponibile a scambiare quattro chiacchiere e spiegare i piatti, grazie anche alla posizione dei coperti lungo il bancone centrale.
Tornerò sicuramente a provare gli altri piatti "special".
Tried last night after following the restaurant's progress via the newsletter. Intrigued by this new "one thing restaurant" concept, I wanted to taste their Love Loin.
A cut of sirloin steak cooked to perfection, as only those who love meat can achieve. Delicate but tasty marinade, perfect cooking, potatoes and salad with excellent accompanying dressing. Ditto for the sauces!
I recommend the dessert "panna cotta al haeno", a surprise for the taste buds: close your eyes, savor every spoonful and you will feel like you are in the middle of a summer campaign.
The young and friendly staff are always available to chat and explain the dishes, thanks also to the position of the seats along the central counter.
I will definitely be back to try the other "special" dishes.
