Davvero dispiaciuto ??
 My chinchilla was more polite, treated with rudeness I had to leave without even being able to observe the products, plus I was threatened with being reported to the postal police just because he didn't like the bad review ...

Friendly staff! The lady is always careful to perceive the wishes of the reader. A bookshop is always pleasant and important to have it in the area!
