Very well stocked (and well run) shop, with games for all ages (but no video games). Discreet prices, with offers often better than those of online stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi vendono un audio libro per il bimbo con le pile scariche ed invece di cambiarlo mi dicono di comprare le pile. Come se non bastasse provano il libro e lo rovinano. Chiedo di nuovo di cambiarlo e mi dicono che non possono perché manca il titolare e che potevano incollare la pagina rovinata con la colla. Ma davvero?
They sell me an audio book for the child with dead batteries and instead of changing it they tell me to buy the batteries. As if that weren't enough, they try the book and ruin it. I ask again to change it and they tell me that they can't because the holder is missing and that they could stick the damaged page with glue. But really?

Abbiamo speso 130 euro per due regali di Natale, ma per averli confezionati bisogna acquistare la carta, altrimenti niente. Titolare e un paio di dipendenti con mascherina abbassata.
Rimpiango la vecchia Giocheria di Corso San Gottardo, dove ogni cliente - anche il più piccolo - veniva trattato con la massima cortesia. E tutti i regali venivano incartati. Gratis.
Good assortment; prices in line with other shops and online stores; staff not very helpful and not very attentive to customers. We spent 130 euros for two Christmas gifts, but to have them packaged you have to buy the paper, otherwise nothing. Owner and a couple of employees with lowered bezels.
I regret the old Giocheria in Corso San Gottardo, where every customer - even the smallest - was treated with the utmost courtesy. And all the gifts were wrapped. Free.
