Excellent library in which to find the older Einaudi editions, those that must be sold out after a few weeks. Pleasant atmosphere although in a limited space. The mezzanine with reading armchairs is also fascinating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono proprio felice di parlarvi di questo piccolo gioiello che è la libreria Einaudi, da poco installatasi a metà della via Orti a Milano. (la prima trasversale a destra di C.so di Porta Romana partendo dall'Arco di Porta Romana)
Occupa uno spazio di per sé già
particolare, in quanto ex sede di due eccezionali decoratrici siciliane, che hanno lasciato soffitti e muri decorati, dando un aspetto scenografico a tutto il locale. La libreria è ben fornita, il proprietario è una persona colta e cortese, si intrattiene e consiglia volentieri ogni cliente.
La via Orti diventerà nel corso del prossimo anno una strada x metà pedonale, arricchita da belle aiuole e da nuovo verde, quindi anche i negozi come la libreria descritta,danno ulteriore pregio a una bella, pittoresca strada della vecchia Milano. Vi invito a visitarla, ne rimarrete entusiasti!

I am really happy to tell you about this little gem that is the Einaudi bookshop, recently installed in the middle of Via Orti in Milan. (the first transversal to the right of C.so di Porta Romana starting from the Arch of Porta Romana)
It occupies a space by itself already
particular, as the former home of two exceptional Sicilian decorators, who have left decorated ceilings and walls, giving a scenographic aspect to the whole place. The library is well stocked, the owner is a cultured and courteous person, he is entertained and gladly advises every customer.
Via Orti will become a half-pedestrian street over the next year, enriched by beautiful flower beds and new greenery, so even the shops such as the bookshop described, give further value to a beautiful, picturesque street in old Milan. I invite you to visit it, you will be thrilled!

Catalogo Einaudi e galassia Mondadori infinito, sede stupenda, si è sommersi letteralmente dai libri, ci sarà presto anche un fuori per i numerosi eventi che gli infaticabili gestori organizzano.
Fabio e i suoi collaboratori sono professionisti molto preparati e simpatici, mi hanno convinto addirittura a fare la rateizzazione Einaudi, versando 20 euro al mese (poco più dei turbomondialisti netflix e simili), ci si può indebitare con l’editore che ti sommerge di piccoli e preziosi doni, come zaini, edizioni anastatiche di Cesare Pavese e altri adorabili gadget!
Super superconsigliatissimo!
The most beautiful bookshop in Milan.
Einaudi catalog and infinite Mondadori galaxy, wonderful venue, you are literally submerged by books, there will soon also be an outing for the numerous events that the tireless managers organize.
Fabio and his collaborators are very prepared and nice professionals, they even convinced me to pay Einaudi installments, paying 20 euros per month (a little more than the netflix turbomundialists and the like), you can get into debt with the publisher who overwhelms you with small and precious gifts, such as backpacks, anastatic editions by Cesare Pavese and other adorable gadgets!
Super super recommended!
