Professionalism and humanity towards patients are at the top. The facility is old but it is most of the staff that makes it a great hospital.

La mia esperienza in neurologia (sclerosi multipla) a dir poco deludente e pure sono stata indirizzata dal mio medico curante che ne parlava bene.Dopo aver scoperto una malattia importante che la SM immaginavo trattamento più responsabile da parte dei medici del reparto. Non che mi lasciavano in attesa e senza poter contattare nessuno .Intere mattinate al telefono chiamando tutti x avere qualche consiglio..inutilmente. Ho lasciato perdere e mi sono rivolta al prof. Patti dell ospedale univesitario G.Rodolico di Catania. È il migliore ! è una persona seria e concreta grazie a lui ho ripreso la mia vita con tanta serenità ed entusiasmo di prima. Signori medici ..prima di tutto dovete avere l'umanità ,proffesionalità ed impegno serio verso il paziente altrimenti il vostro "sapere" serve a poco o nnte. I had to give 1 star because you can't not put any .. My experience in neurology (multiple sclerosis) was disappointing to say the least and yet I was referred by my doctor who spoke well of it. After discovering an important disease that MS I imagined more responsible treatment by the doctors in the ward. Not that they left me waiting and without being able to contact anyone. Whole mornings on the phone calling everyone for some advice .. uselessly. I gave up and turned to prof. Patti of the University Hospital G. Rodolico of Catania. Is the best ! is a serious and concrete person thanks to him I resumed my life with so much serenity and enthusiasm than before. Gentlemen doctors .. first of all you must have humanity, professionalism and serious commitment to the patient otherwise your "knowledge" is of little or no use.

Mentre ho effettuato la prenotazione per mia moglie, oggi hanno fatto la 1^ dose. Caspita un' organizzazione davvero da regione nordica. Un ringraziamento particolare va a tutto il personale Medico, Paramedico e volontario che si sono dimostrati ancora una volta dei veri eroi. Mi sento al sicuro nella mia regione, grazie a tutti voi. A very good, very organized anti covid 19 vaccination service, done the 1st dose on May 14th, booked for the second one on June 18th. While I made the reservation for my wife, they made the 1st serving today. Wow a truly Nordic organization. Special thanks go to all the medical, paramedic and volunteer staff who have once again proved to be true heroes. I feel safe in my region, thanks to all of you.

Sala d'attesa vuota a distanza di un ora sono ancora che aspetto che chiamano...ahh tra l'altro a digiuno da 8 ore per come si fa da prassi. Dal citorono rispondono un medico solo c'è.Complimenti It is useless to make new pavilions if the staff are always the same with the same indifference. The first to enter for ultrasound ... Waiting room empty after an hour I am still waiting for what they call ... ahh among other things fasting for 8 hours for how it is done. From the citron, there is only one doctor. Congratulations

Un plauso particolare va però all'oncoematologia un faro in mezzo al buio degli ospedali di Siracusa e provincia. Grazie davvero a chi ne fa parte. I refer to the oncohematology department and the transfusion center. Impeccable cleaning courtesy and seriousness. A special applause, however, goes to oncohematology, a beacon in the darkness of the hospitals of Syracuse and its province. Thanks so much to those who are part of it.

Personalmente ho fatto richiesta giorno 8 Aprile ad Oggi ancora nulla.Ancora più vergognoso che al numero informazioni sempre ufficio ticket di augusta non risponde nulla . Tutto tace Cercate di migliorarvi It is simply shameful that on the Asp site they give the possibility to update the ticket exemption online. Personally I made a request on April 8 to today still nothing. Even more shameful that the information number, always the ticket office in augusta, does not answer anything. Il vostro impegno e la vostra professionalità arrivano al paziente. Grazie a distanza di anni ho trovato un ospedale totalmente migliorato. Non per ultima un grazie allenestesista dai capelli rossi! I cannot over praise the staff and the care I received including a comprehensive review of my basic health. My compliments to Paula and her team and to the hospital management for what to me is a very well run facility.
