Disservizi continui legati a cattiva comunicazione interna e ai pazienti. Presentandomi il giorno dell'appuntamento mi è stato detto che il medico che avrebbe dovuto visitarmi in quel momento non era in ospedale, e che, certamente, il call center mi aveva chiamata nei giorni precedenti per avvisarmi che la visita sarebbe stata annullata. Non solo si crea un enorme danno al paziente che aspetta una visita da mesi, ma non viene neppure risolto. Senza parlare del fatto che al momento in cui ci si presenta per la visita non si danno spiegazioni, ma si accusa il paziente di non aver risposto al telefono. Dato che si tratta di Azienda ospedaliera, però, non si preoccupa di inviare un sms di avviso, si limita ad effettuare una chiamata, lavandosi le mani con un "Lei non ha risposto al cellulare". Un appuntamento preso un anno prima arriviamo e ci dicono, in maniera scortese alzando subito la voce, che è stato spostato e che siamo stati avvisati. Poi ci dicono di aver chiamato tre volte e nessuno ha risposto quindi loro spostano e il paziente non lo sa. Davvero complimenti!!! Soprattutto per l’accoglienza allo sportello. Ho atteso quattro mesi per avere la visita e appena entro nella stanza mi accoglie la dottoressa M.G.G. che con tono stizzoso e seccato mi incalza con una serie di domande, ripetendole anche più volte, del tipo: chi le ha detto di fare questo esame? Perché fa questo esame? Sì ma chi glielo ha prescritto? Spiazzata per questa accoglienza inaspettata che non mi ha dato tempo neppure di spiegare quanto mi era accaduto e i motivi per cui facevo quel tipo di esame, ha aggiunto la seguente affermazione: “ Non creda che io adesso mi metta a controllarle tutti i nei che ha sul corpo, qui deve esclusivamente venire con una richiesta di epiluminescenza per un solo neo! Questa frase mi ha fatto capire immediatamente che lì, da quella persona non avrei avuto alcun tipo di aiuto, che ero stata frodata di un pagamento ticket e che avevo solo perso quattro mesi inutilmente, nell’attesa di una visita specialistica che mi avrebbe dovuto tranquillizzare o trovare altri nei pericolosi. Per finire, aggiungo che la mia visita lì non è durata neppure 5 minuti, sono rimasta in piedi senza sedermi perché la dottoressa non me ne ha data la possibilità, poichè aveva una gran fretta di concludere e mandarmi via! Avessi letto prima tutte le recensioni su Ospedale Israelitico Poliambulatori, ci avrei fatto una croce sopra, INCOMPETENZA AI MASSIMI TERMINI pagata con i nostri soldi!
